Who I am
I’m Tomasz — a strategist, architect, and integrator working in complex technical and environmental systems.
I help organisations understand complexity, align perspectives, and make decisions that stand up to technical, regulatory, and societal scrutiny. I work with integrity, competence, and a calm, human approach.
I bring a calm, analytical, and human approach to consulting. I value integrity, competence, and thoughtful judgement, and I work best with people who do too.

What drives me
I am motivated by making sense of complex systems, designing structure where ambiguity dominates, and helping people make decisions they can stand behind over the long term. I find fulfilment in:
- Creating clarity where others see noise
- Designing structures that help people realise their potential and achieve their objectives
- Integrating perspectives that rarely meet
- Supporting decisions that matter over decades
- Working with integrity, kindness, and intellectual honesty
“This is not a consulting persona. It is simply how I think and how I work.”
My background
I have over a decade of experience in nuclear decommissioning, radioactive waste management, energy, and environmental governance spanning diverse roles and organisations across the UK and EU. Therefore, my work is shaped by experience in environments where mistakes are costly, responsibility is shared, and clarity matters — not because it is elegant, but because it is necessary.

Scope and independence
Nuclear waste management remains my strongest area of competence, credibility, and professional grounding. It is where my approach to strategy, governance, feasibility, and stewardship was formed.
Sustainability and ESG are a natural extension of this work. While the domain knowledge continues to develop, the function — systems thinking, decision architecture, governance, and technical–strategic integration — is well‑established.
I do not position myself as a generic ESG consultant. I support sustainability‑critical decisions with the same discipline, realism, and responsibility required in regulated, high‑consequence environments.
I maintain an independent advisory practice alongside part‑time employment. All consulting work is conducted with full professional independence and without conflicts of interest.
My work is system‑level and non‑operational. I do not undertake delivery roles or employee-subsitution roles.
